basedVC supports the reassignment of allocations from one wallet to another for a nominal operational fee set within the system. This flexibility allows you to adapt to the dynamic nature of the web3 landscape without compromising your investment trajectory. What's more, this reassignment feature is available across all networks supported by 3VC, ensuring your transition is as smooth as possible regardless of your chosen blockchain.

Here is a step-by-step guide on how to reassign your allocations:

1. Visit your Vault: Start by logging into your basedVC account and heading over to your Vault tab. This is where all your current investments and allocations are displayed.
2. Select Investment: Identify the investment you wish to reassign and click on the arrow next to the "see more" option.
3. Initiate Reassignment: You will see a 'Reassign' button. Click on it and you will be prompted to enter the address of your new wallet.
4. Confirm Transaction: Upon entering the new address, your connected wallet will request a confirmation for the transaction. Please review the details and confirm.
5. Wait for the Confirmation: The transaction is processed within the basedVC smart contract system. After successful confirmation, the allocation will be reassigned to the new wallet. Please note that it may take up to 5 minutes after the transaction is confirmed for the allocation to appear in the new wallet.

Changing wallets should not be a hindrance to your web3 journey. With basedVC, rest assured that your allocations will follow you wherever you go, always at your command, across all supported networks.
